Hello Everyone, It’s Spencer,
I cannot believe It! This is such incredible news for the Glossies!!
Thank-you so much everyone for voting for my photograph of the beautiful female Glossy Black Cockatoo in my backyard here in Australia.
I love the Glossies and it’s so good to know so many of you out there love them too! This is so awesome!!
Together we are raising attention of the Glossies and other threatened species in Australia and around the world. Make sure you check out all the other entrants and winners photographs of animals from around the world.
We all take photographs of wildlife no matter what age we are I’m sure, in the hope that you will all fall in love with the beautiful species we have photographed which will make you want to learn more and want to protect the species and their habitat, they need to survive.
Congratulations to all the finalists and winners. To all the entrants (especially the kids out there) who weren’t so lucky this time, just remember you are making a difference and keep going!
Thank-you so much to Crickey! magazine for giving wildlife photographers of all ages an amazing opportunity to showcase the beauty of our planet to others.
Thank-you also to the judges for putting my Glossy photograph up for the People’s Choice Award!
Thank-you so much everyone out there who supports me on my conservation journey
Love Spencer
